Re: Dosn't Display Songs In Music Folder
When you look at the file with the local file explorer app, can you choose the Neutron App to start them ? And does that work then ? If yes, does the file info ( long press on the title in the playing now screen ) show up the proper tags ( album artist, artist, album, title ) ?

Re: Playing in Folders
Afaik the "shuffle" will, when switched on, shuffle the active track list. When you set the Playback Mode so that Neutron plays the next track list once the active one is finished, I expect Neutron to shuffle neither the track lists nor mix their contents, but shuffle each tracklist as it gets active.

Afaik it doesn't. Please check again, I think you may have inadvertently changed multiple parameters, perhaps by changing the profile. "Follow Source Frequency" of course is relevant here.

Re: Where is the [X] button?
And this is the notification, not a widget ? Are there perhaps settings in the os that allow the Neutron app to expand its notification ? Feel free to contact neutronmp@gmail.com for further analysis.

Re: the Neutron player doesn't support the Background play for my phone.
If you haven't yet activated "Audio Hardware > Direct USB Access" try that. And make sure the Neutron app isn't optimized etc by the operating system and has all privileges - might be an issue with energy saving by the os.

Re: RME UCXII with iPhone stays at 44.1, no HiRes
Now that is strange - the output-info on the playing-now-screen says 96 kHz, the Audio Hardware says 44.1 kHz. I suggest you ask neutronmp@gmail.com for clarification. Feedback here will be appreciated.

Re: RME UCXII with iPhone stays at 44.1, no HiRes
Despite choosing “keep original sample rate“ in Neutron’s options, RME will not follow the sample rate of the high resolution files I am playing back - It will stay at 44.1 kHz, so neutron obviously is re-sampling. Or the RME won't handle the high-resolution-data from Neutron. You can get informati...
