Equalizer doesn't work

Hello,
the equalizer doesn't change any sound. When I go to Settings>Playback>Equalizer Presets and pick anything, tap the check mark at the bottom, I don't hear any difference. I'm using Focal Elegia headphones and I also have Pulsar+. When I make a change in the Pulsar equalizer, I can hear the difference. Am I doing something wrong?

Depends on the preset you choose. And on whether you actually switched the equalizer on, see "Settings > Playback > DSP Effect > Equalizer" :

Just choosing a preset does nothing, has to be switched on, too.
