UI bug on Nexus 5

I downloaded Neutron yesterday, and have fully using it today. There's a glitch on Neutron UI.
I'm using AC Display for my notification handler. When new notification arrive, while Neutron still playing music and my Nexus is locked, Neutron will show it's apps UI, override AC Display notification. This is not happen when i use other music player. And when i decide to open my Nexus, and open the apps (in this case Whatsapp or Blackberry Messenger), Neutron will locked my phone in 5 seconds, while i still reading my messages or while i'm typing.
Also, when new notification arrive, the AC Display notification is replace with Neutron UI and my screen won't go off even after 1 minute, even though i set my screen to go off after 1 minute.
Can you help me to solve this? I'm pretty desperate with this.

You could try to switch off option Lock Screen in Neutron UI -> Settings -> User Interface section.
