Latest update 1.78.6 Playbook won't install after delete

Well, after updating to the latest, Neutron wouldn't open, just close immediately after touching icon. Restarted several times, both hard and soft, no go so I deleted Neutron now App World won't let me install, even after both hard and soft reset. "Error code 0003-0001 There was a problem during installation. Please try again." Reading up on it, it seems to be server related, so not necessarily anything you can do about it, just figured I would give the heads up to anyone else who might come to the forum to report it.
