Efficient scrolling in a single track

Hi,
I am a listener of long audio tracks (classical music or lectures) and use to navigate back and forth along a single music track.
Basics commands do not allow easy fine control of the position along the track.
Is there maybe some "hidden" feature for efficient navigation along a single music track ?
I'm now on android but remember on an iPad a nice feature for audio and video allowing scrolling speed control moving a finger on the screen laterally left or right for back and forward scrolling at different speeds according to the vertical finger tip position. Is there anything similar ?
I couldn't find on android any music player with easy efficient controls on long musics tracks ! I'd love neutron would offer this.
