Purchased app, no longer let's me use it.

The app said to report problem here if I had purchased the app. It says evaluation period is over but I have the paid version

Same problem here,
i bought the app in the Play Store more than one year ago.
On August 1, I could no longer use it.
I tried to delete cache, data ... The data in the play store, but nothing to run, the same message still appears.

What can i do to solve it?

Unfortunately it is old Android OS problem. Somehow at some moment Google Play background service fails to validate license when Neutron (or any other app) asks for it.

It was found out that if you try installing manually one of APKs for your platform from this section on top of current installation:

License verification starts working again. Please try such approach.
