Migrating settings to another phone (same model)

I'd like to transfer app settings as Neutron has so many it is a pain to start over from default, and neither nandroid backup or Titanium Backup worked in restoring the settings.

I see that Neutron has a folder under emulated storage:
/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.neutroncode.mp/

However, these xml files are for EQ and theme settings only. Are the general app settings stored in neutronmp.db or somewhere else?
