Finally Updated my Fiio M7 for the first time in at least 5 years, setup the neutron console after realizing my license wasn't automatically carried over, and activated it on the web browser end but when I go into the app and inserted the email and password it remains yellow now and says they are incorrect despite being the same ones used on the console and standing right next to the router because of how terrible the wifi card is they put in these players. I'm bashing my head against the wall since I love this player and wanted to update it and use the latest version.

Password reset:

You can always reset your password by yourself by entering your NeutronID in Neutron Console and anything for password. Then press [Reset password] button, put your NeutronID in both fields and Submit. After that you will get a password reset e-mail from Neutron Console to your NeutronID e-mail account.

Thanks for the suggestion... believe me I did try that... multiple times but yeah I guess I have to wait to hear back from the email.
