Remote control Neutron

Hi,
I would like to remote control an android device(i.e. TV Box ) which runs the Neutron and keeps the music files, with another device (i.e. a smartphone) which also runs Neutron. I have tried a lot to find a way to do it with no success.
Could you please let me know if it is possible and how I can do it.
