I'm not able to delete file from tracklist

From tracklist page, push a song name, select remove, select delete file and v.
Neutron told me file was deleted but the file is still existing. And I can't see him in tracklist page.
Is correct use this sequence to delete e file?

Yes, that's correct. You can choose between "Ignore" and "Delete" :

"Ignore" will only delete the entry in Neutron's internal database, you can rescan the source to get it back.

"Delete" should remove it from the source. That will of course only work if the track is deletable and Neutron has the privileges to do that. Maybe in your case this isn't so and Neutron doesn't give a proper error message. Feel free to ask neutronmp@gmail.com how to best analyze this.
