Yes, it is Android 13. The Snapdragon processor.

I have the same issue on a Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 one Android 13 (One UI 5), which does support hi-res audio.

The developer wrote Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Snapdragon doesn't have a High Resolution Chip.

Since when does a snapdragon CPU guarantee hi-res capability? I know there could be some integrated (hi-res capable) DAC in the SoC, but just the general statement "snapdragon CPU" matters little.
