Good eveing. I have a problem with activation of neutron player on my new telephone. I bought it on 25.12.2016 at sumsung galaxy Apps. Order number 2016122515G52019856 . And now in my galaxyapp I see
The check, but status of the player is trial. What should I do? How to confirm that Im already bought it and activate my player?

Are you logged into the Samsung Account on your device ?
Is this Samsung Account valid ?
Is it the same Samsung Account that you used to buy Neutron ?
What does ( in Neutron ) "Settings > Help > Account" say ?

Yes, I logged in my sumsung account in my new telephone. Account the same of course. And I saw this purchase in the list of my purchased products. Neutron player help say - ask the developer.
