I rather doubt that this hardware supports high-res-audio. Any indication that it does ?

Okay, then I suggest you contact neutronmp@gmail.com and ask them whether Neutron on iOs should support high-res-audio on an iPhone Se V2 with Apple Lightning Adapter.

I suggest you stick to the defaults and spend as much money as you can on proper headphones. If these then still aren't perfect you can mitigate their biggest faults with the Frequency Response Correction. And then you can start thinking about the configuration and high-resolution audio. Which unfortunately is very dependent on the device, its operating system and the DAC. Two topics discussing this for Android and USB DACs might show some issues in this regard, but won't really tell you what to do in your case. But the developer might help, and might implement high-res-support for the devices if that's possible and not already existing.
