Galaxy store license error

Hi, 2 years ago I bought the app from the Galaxy Store, and updated my phone a few days ago, and then I get the License Error, so I cleaned the Cache of Store and Player, and waited for a while, but nothing happened. However I cant find player in galaxy store anyways I tried and when calling samsung support, the said This program uses in-app payments and the problem has nothing to do with them. I also have both versions com.neutroncode.mp 2.17.4 and con.meutroncode.mp.samsung 2.15.5 and I have problem with both.

Are you logged into the device with the same Samsung account that you used to buy the app ? Can you provide evidence about that purchase, the Samsung account that you used then, and the Samsung account that you are using now ?

Of corse I Login with same account
and I have all details for evidence such as ordering number, date and time that belongs to same account I Logined on phone

Could you provide screenshots of Settings > Help > Account in Neutron and the App-Info-Store-Details of the app in Android ?

As I said, I do not find neutron in galaxy store, but its in my previous recipes that i sending
and I have two neutron, I downloaded one from Samsung backup and another apk downloaded from here but none of them have in-app-store status.

It would seem from the two acreenshots that the Neutron app, as it is now, has been installed from the Google Play Store rather than the Galaxy Store. So it is clear that this app doesn't find a license ( because it looks via the Google Play Services for a non-existing Google License ). I suggest you uninstall Neutron completely and reinstall it from the Galaxy Store. If you don't find it there I suggest you ask the Samsung support. On my S9 it's available on the Galaxy Store ( I've installed the newest version of the Store ).

As to the root cause of the problem : perhaps an update in the Google Play Store updated the Neutron app, or a backup used the wrong store to install the app. Whatever, you'll have to do a proper installation from the Galaxy Store.

An alternative solution, if you'd rather spend the money than fuss with the Galaxy Store and its licensing, would be to buy the app from the Google Play Store.

in one screenshot I showed that I Downloaded app from a restore from samsung account
I do reinstalling before I post anything here
I deal with this for a month You
however now after scrolling down in my apps in galaxy store i find neutron as you See
but sorry I cant understand,You said I repurchase app fron google play????

and as samsung support said to me earlier neutron is an in app purchase and not a license issue that samsung can not help me here
