in one screenshot I showed that I Downloaded app from a restore from samsung account
I do reinstalling before I post anything here
I suggest you do not restore the app from a backup, but delete it completely and than install it from the Galaxy Store.

however now after scrolling down in my apps in galaxy store i find neutron as you See
Fine, then you can install the app from the Galaxy Store, after you have uninstalled it.

but sorry I cant understand,You said I repurchase app fron google play????
That would be an alternative solution - the app that you currently have installed asks for a license from Google, at least it looks that way in two of the screenshots that you posted. So if you don't want to bother with first uninstalling the app and then reinstalling from the Galaxy Store you can buy the app from the Google Play Store and forget about the Galaxy Store and its license issues.

and as samsung support said to me earlier neutron is an in app purchase and not a license issue that samsung can not help me here
That would be an argument in favour of repurchasing the app from Google.

And should you - after a new clean installation from the Galaxy Store - still encounter license issues, you could contact neutronmp@gmail.com, they might be able to analyze this further.
