Follow source frequency makes one song sound bad

I have neutron on my lg v50 and on my playlist i have a song of david bowie " lazarus" and that song when i have generic driver enabled it has some distortion in the sound like when you hear a song loud, like tiny pops. Using headphones or speaker its the same result. Only disabling generic driver " fix it" but i had neutron before with driver enabled and it sounded fine. I havent changed anything on my neutron.
If i disable generic driver it sound fine.

Format of the song is a 24 bit flac.

What happens if you set everything in the "Audio Hardware" section to defaults ( e.g. by pressing the Defaults-button at the bottom ) ?

I did it and its the follow source frequency the one causing the issue. As soon that setting is on it causes the song to increase in volume causing the distortion.
I tested manually each frequency and its the 88200, 96000, 176400, 192000 frequencies that get the issue.
All the rest sound fine, even 384000 sound fine.

Well, it might be Neutron or it might be the os ... can you check whether there was an os update ? could you try to reset the lg v50 to factory settings ? if need be feel free to contact neutronmp@gmail.com for an older version of Neutron to make sure it isn't the newest Neutron version ( which you have installed ? ) ... or to tell them that Neutron and the newest os on the lg v50 don't work together well ...

Its neutron, i have also usb audioplayer pro and it sounds fine there, even on the LG stock player no issue. I will drop an email to support.
Also forcing neutron to play at 99200 cause songs to get some loss in quality but i guess that is expected since the flacs are higher.
My neutron version is 2.18.5
