Audio via USB
Audio via USB
hallo, I bought the player right now. I drive a car with jack (headphone jack socket) (in german klinke)and I use a usb to usb+headphone jack adapter.
Everytime I put in the adapter on the smartphone I'm asked and I choose OK. Than other player are not working with this adapter. If I choose cancel other player working with USB--->Jack
where do I find this setting in the setting menu?

Re: Audio via USB
So you connect you smartphone's ( Android ? ) USB-socket ( USB-C ? ) to the 3.5 mm audio input socket of your car stereo. Which means that your smartphone's internal DAC is used and the usb-headphone-adapter transports analog data from the smartphone to the car stereo. Did I understand correctly ? Or does this adapter cable of yours sport its own DAC ?
As to the question that you get when you plug in the cable into the smartphone's USB-socket: who does ask this question - the Neutron app or the operating system ? Could you please provide the text of the question ?
What do you want to do in Neutron's settings - prevent this question to come up ?
( will heißen, Du müsstest ein paar mehr Informationen beibringen, vielleicht einen screenshot der Frage ? )

Re: Audio via USB
I get the message:
"Neutron Player öffnen um GHW USB Audio zu bedienen.
Diese App hat noch keine Berechtigung um Audio Aufnahmen zu machen"

Re: Audio via USB
And who or what shows the message ? The smartphone's operating system ? Which is Android ?
Re: Audio via USB
So your cable has two endings - an analog one (Klinke) and a digital one. And you use the analog one to connect to your car stereo. Correct ?
Re: Audio via USB
You might try to experiment with the option "Settings > Audio Hardware > Direct USB Access", this controls whether Neutron directly connects to the USB DAC ( there perhaps is one built into the cable - does this cable have a name/type to check this ? ) or uses the Android standard audio output - perhaps that makes a difference.
