Neutron Console not allowing registration / password reset

I am having the same problem, on trying to reset password I just get a continuous spinning circle.

I did email neutronmp@gmail.com a day ago, with proof of purchase. Not sure what the average service time is..

Neutron us a great app, I hope to be able to use the paid app soon.

I experience the same problem, have sent email 21.08 to neutronmp@gmail.com, no answer.
Please tell me if you've been answered.
