Neutron Console not allowing registration / password reset
Hello! New here and trying to set up a Neutron Console account so that I can make the purchase. However, all I ever get after I double-input my email account is a spinning disk - the page never refreshes, never states that it has sent an email, and I never get an email.
Tried with 2 different browsers, Firefox and Edge, using 2 different email addresses. Same thing, page never completes.
Can someone help?

Never used it myself - but afaik you'll have to make the purchase in PayPro first and then use the console, see here

Thank you, that worked! The FAQ section seemed to imply that you can create the Neutron Console ID before the making the purchase with PayPro; making the PayPro payment then going to the console worked perfectly.

I have (had) a similar or identical problem:
I bought a license 5 days ago.
I bought through 'PayPro Global', my player iBasso - does not have the 'Google play' option.
I paid, got an ID, created a password. In the iBasso player, I activated Neutron ID in Neutron app. Activation is ok - everything is green.
The player was playing.
I always use the iBasso player in offline status, turn off WIFI and turn it on in airplane mode, because all the music is on the SD card.
now after 5 days, Neutron ID status color - gray. It says that the 5-day trial version has expired. But I registered the app.
I'm trying to log in from iBasso through a web browser - the password doesn't work.
Then I connect through the computer, I get the message 'Username or password is incorrect', 'Reset password'
I try to do 'Reset password' - and nothing happens.
I registered here. While I was registering and writing.
I connected iBasso online again - it stayed there for 20 minutes. And activation, registration, green is now available.
Everything is playing.
Question.
I have to always keep my iBasso player online so that I can always check the license online in the Neutron app?

NeutronID problem
I'm not able to pass license check in Neutron Player using NeutronID. I can login into Neutron Console, but checking license in the player itself is not possible anymore. Player version - 2.24 for Android. Purchase was made 4 years ago via PayPro.

I am having the same problem, on trying to reset password I just get a continuous spinning circle.
I did email neutronmp@gmail.com a day ago, with proof of purchase. Not sure what the average service time is..
Neutron us a great app, I hope to be able to use the paid app soon.
