Buffer size in Mac iOS 15

Is it possible to change the audio buffer size with Neutron or somewere in IOS?
And what is the standard buffer size in iOS?

There are two settings in Neutron in "Settings > Audio Hardware" with regard to "Latency", that might be related to what you have in mind.
