Please let "CPU wake lock" back!
Android neutron player:“CPU wake lock”exists in the audio hardware settings In previous versions,It makes it easy for CPU to remain efficient after screen is turned off,in the current version this setting has been canceled, but when "PCM to DSD" is turned on, the CPU operation volume increases, once screen turned off will trigger the system power limit, resulting in playback stuttering. Only always keep screen state to maintain smooth playback, but this is obviously not enough for daily use, please restore the setting, or give other alternatives, thanks.
Re: Please let "CPU wake lock" back!
I would suggest the way this affects your device is as follows :
So probably turning off the screen will limit the Neutron app's ressources ... perhaps there are other options in Android's device maintenance ? On my Samsung S9 I can tell the os never to send Neutron to sleep. Feel free to contact neutronmp@gmail.com if questions remain.* Audio Hardware -> CPU Wake Lock: prevent CPU from sleeping if screen is turned off on some firmwares.

Re: Please let "CPU wake lock" back!
Did you try "Settings > Service" ?
Re: Please let "CPU wake lock" back!
This is exactly the option of Setting/Service (Keep process running in background). I have been a long-term user of Neutron, so I rather know about that.
