DSP/Frequency Response Curve device switching automation
When connecting different wired/TWS headsets it would be nice to have user configured presets be automatically applied and disabled upon disconnection.
Re: DSP/Frequency Response Curve device switching automation
Generally it is possible to bind eq/frc to specific devices, IF the os and thereby Neutron can identify them. Which afaik is not possible for wired headsets - a wired headset has no name as far as the os is concerned.

Indeed, wired headsets would not be differentiated. Thank you for pointing that out.
But while device/frc binding is possible, in my experience, switching between them is still a manual - cumbersome - process.
I just realized this post probably should have had FEATURE REQUEST in the title. But yeah, a little automation here would go a long way for people regularly switching between - wireless - headsets.

Well, as I understand it this should work automatically, if the os recognizes the different headsets, and you've bound them to different eq/frc-presets. Doesn't it ?Jazzynumbers wrote: ↑Mon Sep 12, 2022 2:46 pma little automation here would go a long way for people regularly switching between - wireless - headsets.

Well I’ll be - you’re right, this functions as intended. I guess I wasn’t paying attention or it resolved itself. I appreciate the feedback all the same.
