Music not recognized

I downloaded the pay version 2.21.1 to a Samsung Flip3 running Android 12. I added the folder (Internal Storage/Music/Samsung) where all my music is to Sources. Neutron Music indicates there are 0 songs, etc. I've tried refreshing everywhere I been given to option to refresh. The music in the folder is 7,000+ songs with full metadata, I don't have separate folders for Artists and then subfolders for Album. Why doesn't Neutron Music recognize the songs?

Have a look at this . Neutron doesn't neccessarily have access to all internal storage. You might try the generic version of the neutron app. Or a SAF-Source might help, see here.
