EQ/FRC Confusion

New here, appreciate your patience.
Just purchased a Fiio M11S.
I"m trying to use a single setting for FRC and 4-Band Parametric EQ.
I have te presets set up, and all appears well.
I can select the presets, etc.
However, each time I change songs, the settings/presets disappear....
This occurs even with the standard EQ available while playing songs....

I would like these settings to be static for all media played through the USB-C port.
Can someone please explain what I'm missing?

The idea is this: both equalizer and frequency response correction basically do the same, you use the equalizer to change the music and the frequency response correction to mitigate the frequency response of your headphones, and the reason that there are two is to enable the user to have two independent sets of presets. So if you just want one eq setting I suggest you ignore the FRC and use the EQ only.

Could you further elaborate how yow set up and select the presets ? Generally speaking a stored and activated preset will remain active until you choose another one. Or did you bind the presets ? Or use the normalisation ?
