Latest version of player (2.23.7) crashes on launch
Neutron Music Player (Paid Version) - Evaluation Trial Over and Force Closed after update to 2.23.7
I have a paid version of Neutron MP and am receiving an "Evaluation Trail Over" error message and forced closed of the app running android version 14 and OUI 6.0 on a Samsung S8+ tablet and android version 14 with OUI 6.1 on a Samsung S24 Ultra. Could you please look into this issue and provide a resolution?

Latest version of player (2.23.7) crashes on launch
The latest version of the player will start to load, after a few seconds will interrupt what it is I'm trying to do with a message saying either the eval period is over or license is missing, and then shuts down. I've had to install the app from a previous version's backup in order to use the app.
Please advise.

I concur with OP, I followed the 'complex' set of steps laid out in the FAQ (uninstalled neutron, relocated remnant NeutronMP folder in storage, cleared data/cache from both play store and play services, uninstalled updates for play store and play services, allowed them to re-update on their own, rebooted device, reinstalled neutron from the play store, opened neutron from its play store page). The suggested steps in the FAQ were tried, but no difference in response. Also downloaded the APK for the most recent version from the Neutron site with no difference in response. Continue to get "trial license" message and the app closes.

I'm having the same issue. I believe the app is having trouble connecting to whichever server it needs to check with. If go to change my password within the app, it tries to connect indefinitely.
I have cleared the cache and restarted my phone.
Both Android (14) and Play are up to date, from android settings.

Same problem here, after updating Neutron Player for Android (14) to version 2.23.7 ...
It's purchased from google play store and thus far has been working great.
