v2.24.2 Will Not Complete SFTP Scan

I am now at 21,225 files scanned of 31,651 total. Keeping the power cable plugged in could be the difference this time. I vaguely remember having to do this in the past.

Is this simply from keeping the phone on charge? Or did you have to make any other setting changes?

I made zero changes to anything. I simply left the charge cable plugged in.

Also, I am now keeping the screen on. When it turns off, I wake the phone to see what is going on. In the past I would wake up, check the phone, and the app would be closed. When I restart it I faced the issue with losing the edited server name with a partial library.

Interesting that a simple switch to running on charge versus battery only would cause this challenge. Especially on a Sony phone, I haven't seen this type of issue before. I don't have one myself but think I can get my hands on a loaner from a colleague here. It does sound like some kind of power management though.

I got to over 29,000 files scanned. The app just out of the blue closed. I am not sure why it did this, but it was not a clean shutdown. When I launch the app again, I lost my source rename of "SFTP". It now instead shows "#2".

This is the issue I have been facing.

The file count for #2 shows as: 29,508

I am going to completely delete the source then re-add it. I will try the scan again paying close attention when it gets to 29,000 files scanned.

I am also now seeing duplicate files for #2, so something went wrong.

Now I am at 30,162 files scanned also taking screenshots from the phone.

I am at the Z's of my artists now. This should be done soon (unless it crashes again).

Okay -- it just finished, but it did something strange. It renamed my source from "SFTP" to "Music". I am not sure why it would have done this. Now I have two sources with the same name. I will again rename the source.

I just finished making a phone call with the app still open. The app is now completely frozen and does not respond.
