Tempo and Pitch (as of 2.24.3)

2.24.3 (07.2024):
* Improved quality of Tempo/Pitch DSP for various output sample rates

Long pressing the tempo and pitch button in the DSP Effect settings menu (or spectrum analyzer/EQ screen) used to show a gear/settings icon on the bottom of the parameter page, which when pressed showed additional (?) oversampling options (I think it was either 4x or 8x), as well as an FFT size of 2048 or 4096.

Not an issue for me, though, as I subjectively notice a massive quality difference with this update. I haven't yet rolled back the update to check if there's some placebo effect going on, and to truly A/B compare what I'm hearing. Anyone else mess around with this themselves?

The previous pitch control didn't scale the size of the FFT window up with the sampling rate, the actual one does. The manual settings have been deemed obsolete, the actual version works better.
