IOS version for IPad Pro

For some reason I am unable to save the recorded files to my system files on my IPad Pro. I really need to do this in order to send said audio files for VO work.

Please advise, it is likely that I am not looking in the right location to save the files…..which isn’t that straight forward. Looks like this is set up more for a computer rather than an IOS device.
