Unable to record from Bluetooth headset

Neutron Voice Recorder, purchased from Google Play Store.

I have tried recording from Bluetooth headset but the recorded file is blank, no audio. Only way to record is from phone's microphone. Am I doing something wrong? I have selected the Bluetooth device from recording devices.

I have tried other recording apps and they have no issues recording from the same Bluetooth headset.

The Neutron Recorder shows my buds pro in the device-list for recording (Galaxy Buds Pro 3B22) > see screenshot . . .

but when I do a recording >> there is no sound recorded. (what you can already see, because the "preview level thing" is not moving)
