High resolution embedded album art

I haven't seen any official release where webp format images are supported in most of the traditional audio formats. Some may or may not work for you, but I wouldn't count on this with all players.

the current issue is not the lack of support for .webp, it's that Neutron is showing the wrong album art fetched from other albums, usually the one right on top of it, instead of the generic icon that should show when the album is missing the album art.

There are no image files in the directories where you store the music files ?

nope. I always embed the album art onto the files.

But that cannot be the exact issue with the files that you provided for testing, they've got the correct album art included ( and I see it correctly in Neutron on Windows and Android ).

Does a rescan of the source help ?
