Lithuanian [lt_LT]

Hello,

I translated Neutron to lithuanian language. If there is some contributors for translation please join and translate it with me. I translated it 100%, but there is some misstypes or bad translation words.

For now don't include it to Neutron build. After some fix'es I will upload better translated xml.

Thank you Bro so much! Translation is not finished but very useful. It would be better if hard meaning words will stay in English untill we will find good meaning for those.
