[BUG] Can't load music files from iTunes library (iOS7)

Hi!

I've purchases Neutron mp, it seems so good, but I don't know how to setup the iTunes music library on mi iPhone 4S under iOS 7.
I tried severeal times set the Sources parameter, they star "Updating" but after some seconds, the app crashes and goes out.
An Error #1 "compruebe que el almacenamiento esta d..." is generated every attemp to set up the source of my music; perhaps the message says "check if the source is available", but I don't know how to check it.

Please, help me

Hi!

It is very strange that crash is happening because one of my test devices has similar configuration: 4s + iOS 7.0.4. It would be great if you could help in debugging. Apple provides ability to get logs from crashed/hanged apps which are generated by iOS.

Here is the description:

You could obtain logs using one of these ways:

1) Sync iOS device with iTunes on PC and find logs which iTunes got from mobile device and stored in:

Mac:
~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>

Windows:
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<DEVICE_NAME>

There must be log files containing word 'neutron'.

2) Enable diagnostic reports on iOS device like described here:

Mac: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH1124
Windows: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH1598

Finally the app exit during iTunes library scanning was reproduced on dev. equipment! Logs are no longer necessary. The reason is in OS, e.g. it does not release object (reclaims memory) fast enough that causes low memory warning sent to app and then app exit.

Workaround will be developed and new update will be sent to App Store for an approval.

Hi everyone! Happy Holidays.

An iOS update has benn released; for sure I updated my app. It seems to work so good, finally I could to set my iPhone music directory. The app works for some minutes played music, I tried to set several music controls. I was happy for my Christmas gift,...

... unfortunately it does not work anymore. I select de app from iPhone main screen and some seconds after,... it returns to iPhone main screen. It could be for my music library size? I have more than 6,000 tracks.

So,l at this time, I can not to say if Neutron is the best music player.

Hi

On this malfunction, it seems Neutron MP could not work with large iTunes libraries. I have the app on my iPadAir, so far it works good with 500 tracks, but the app crashes on my iPhone 4S with +8,000 audio tracks. I've updated several times and nothing good happends.

The app crashes randomly on my iPhone 6 after upgrading to iOS 9.3. Or you can try this tutorial to transfer iPhone music to computer. It works fine for me now.

If you want to transfer music from your iPhone to your Computer withou iTunes, it would be a little complex. but if you followed the guide, it still could be done
